May 16th was our 2nd Moxie’s Mission Relay, with the proceeds going to fund a service dog for a Veteran. However, the weather was not in our favor, causing us to quickly adapt to something else! . The lightning might have messed up a lot of things, but it definitely didn’t affect the hearts of all the incredible people that supported Moxie’s Mission to help us REACH OUR GOAL! . We are so excited to announce that our goal of $15,000 needed to finish fully funding Griffs service dog, Balboa has been met! Surf Dog Ricochet . I have a condition called Ehlers Danlos and was in desperate need of cervical spine fusion. After a long 12 days in the hospital, unable to see Moxie, my service dog, I decided to Facetime her when I transferred to rehab. Her reaction was priceless...The next day, we were reunited.
